4th annual Green & Gold Gala a howling success

Nearly 450 spirited UAA alumni and friends gathered at the Hotel Captain Cook in downtown Anchorage on Saturday, Sept. 28, for the 4th annual Green & Gold Gala, hosted by the UAA Alumni Association and Office of Alumni Relations. This year's black-tie evening with green and gold flair brought together UAA alumni and friends to celebrate alumni achievements and university successes, and raised more than $100,000 in gifts and pledges for the UAA Alumni Scholarship. The 2013 Alumni of Distinction were also honored at the event for their outstanding contributions to the university and community.
