The UAA Department of Music is proud to present the 28th annual Jazz Week Festival. Jazz Week, March 5-8, brings students and professional performers together for a significant "hands-on" experience. Jazz Week encourages students and community members to participate in the performance environment alongside the guest artists. This year, feature trumpeter Dale Curtis will offer three days of master classes, rehearsals and evening concerts. Dale, along with local professionals, will teach master classes, rehearse with select UAA student and high school groups and appear alongside these student ensembles during the final concerts.
