UAA Development Day is scheduled for Thursday, May 15-mark your calendars!
What is Development Day? Development Day is the one day of the year set aside by the university for employee development, enrichment and enlightenment, and to say thank you for what you do here at UAA. It offers employees an opportunity to network with their peers, explore university venues outside their general location and enhance work skills through lectures and workshops, while providing a fun yet purposeful event toward the development of our employees. If you would like to be a presenter or have suggestions for workshops or lectures this year, please contact Steve Hinds at sphinds@uaa.alaska.edu.
We are also looking for volunteers for a variety of positions on Development Day. If you would like to volunteer, please contact Melodee Monson at mamonson@uaa.alaska.edu.
Information regarding registration and workshops will be sent to employees as the day draws near-keep watching as many workshops fill up fast!
