UAA Distance Education testing center temporarily relocating to GHH 103

by Michelle Saport  |

The UAA Distance Education testing center on UAA's main campus is temporarily relocating to Gordon Hartlieb Hall, Room 103. This move is necessary while the Information Technology Services offices undergo construction during the next few weeks.

Starting Monday, Feb. 10, all proctored testing administered on UAA's main campus for UA Distance Education/eLearning courses will be conducted in Gordon Hartlieb Hall, Room 103. The testing center expects to relocate back to the original office in the Social Sciences Building no later than April 1. Normal testing hours (Monday and Friday: 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.; Wednesday and Thursday: 8 a.m.-7:30 p.m.) remain the same.

As always, all testing is strictly by appointment only. If students have not scheduled their appointments for this semester, please ask them to do so by submitting the Appointment Request Form located on the UAA Distance Education website. For those students who have already scheduled their appointment(s) for this semester, their appointment dates and times will remain the same. To ensure this temporary transition is as smooth as possible, the testing office will also reconfirm with each student his or her scheduled appointment(s) to date.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact David Dannenberg immediately at ddannenberg@uaa.alaska.edu.
