'Love is a Many Complex Thing,' March 21

Friday, March 21, 4-6 p.m. UAA Campus Bookstore

At this event, "love" is viewed from various fields of study (including computer science, engineering, poetry, women's studies and philosophy) and embraced beyond individual biological needs and chemical impulses.

Panelists and topics are:

  • Martin Cenek (College of Engineering; Complex Systems Group) - Love and connections
  • Clay Nunnally (Department of English) - Love and immortality
  • Rebecca Bosek (Department of Psychology) - Love and power
  • Joel Potter (Department of Philosophy) - Love and knowledge

All UAA Campus Bookstore events are informal, free and open to the public. There is free parking for bookstore events in the South Lot, West Campus Central Lot (behind Rasmuson Hall), Sports Lot and Sports NW Lot.
