Saturday, April 19, 5-9 p.m. East High School, Gym (4025 E. Northern Lights Blvd.)
Deaf Jam will kick off with a children's carnival, featuring fun games and prizes. At 6 p.m., deaf athletes will play against Anchorage firefighters in a basketball game. Tickets are $10 at the door. Come support your deaf community!
This annual event is presented by the Alaska State School for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Parent Teacher Student Association, Alaska Deaf Council and the Anchorage School District. For more information, contact Marina at mkreuzenstein@alaska.edu.
