John Lutterman and Friends, April 19

Sick of Beiber and One Direction? Are you yearning for music that has withstood the test of time? Then join us for an evening of culture and soothe your soul. The UAA Department of Music presents John Lutterman and Friends, a night of virtuosic music for cello, flute and harpsichord, featuring the works of Bach, Telemann, Rameau and Barriere. The players include: John Lutterman, baroque cello and viola da gamba; Jonathan Salzedo, harpsichord; Laura Koenig, baroque flute; and Marion Rubinstein, recorder.

The program will include an intermission and last 90 minutes. Advance tickets are $8 for UAA students, $16 for students/senior/military and $19 for the general public. Tickets are available at UAATix.com or by calling (907) 786-4TIX.
