The Center for Behavioral Health Research and Services is pleased to offer a free interactive Screening, Brief Intervention and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) workshop for faculty and staff. Bruce Horwitz, Ph.D., and Joe Hyde will lead the training and offer guidance in multidisciplinary SBIRT instruction. The workshop's emphasis will be on practice and interactive roleplay. All attendees will receive copies of the SBIRT curriculum and videos on CD, with the option to request a hard copy of the materials as well. Continuing education credit (CNE & CE) is available for those attending the training.
