Run for Engineering Change 5K - Aug. 9, 2014

Saturday, Aug. 9, 9 a.m. Goose Lake Park (starting and finish line)

Run for Engineering Change is a 5K race around campus and Goose Lake. The run is a fundraiser for the Engineers Without Borders student chapter at UAA. All proceeds support sustainable engineering projects at Rhema Grace Orphanage in Cameroon. EWB is aiding the 60 orphans with solutions to issues like water in the dry season, energy conservation and flood control in the wet season. (More information here.)
