Test anxiety? Get help at weekly Wednesday workshop

Wednesdays through April 27*, 1-1:45 p.m. Student Union, Leadership Lab

Do you have a hard time demonstrating what you know on tests because you get so nervous? Do you avoid studying because it produces so much anxiety? This weekly workshop will review and practice skills to help you learn to manage your test anxiety. Attend one session or all. Facilitated by Licensed Professional Counselor Lizzy Donovan from the Student Health and Counseling Center.

*There will be no workshops Dec. 24-Jan. 7 due to winter break.
