The UAA Department of Theater & Dance is proud to announce the first production of the 2014-2015 season: "The Fantasticks," with book and lyrics by Tom Jones and music by Harvey Schmidt. The play is a morality tale of young love told through the blossoming romance of two sweethearts besieged by their fathers and a bandit. The story's charm is matched with a classic score that includes "Soon It's Gonna Rain" and "Try to Remember." Will their love survive? Will they become... The Fantasticks?! Find out in this UAA production of Broadway's longest-running musical.
