UAA celebrates Alaska Native Heritage Month 2014

Every November, Alaska Native Heritage Month celebrates Alaska Native and American Indian cultures, and brings people together to share traditions and contributions. See below for the complete list of events happening on UAA's main campus. All events are free and open to the public, unless otherwise noted. RRANN 15th Anniversary Celebration Wednesday, Nov. 12, 5-7 p.m. Alaska Heritage Museum (301 W. Northern Lights Blvd.)

The Recruiting and Retention of Alaska Natives into Nursing (RRANN) began in 1998 with federal grant funds to recruit and mentor Alaska Native/American Indian students to pursue nursing degrees. Join us as we celebrate the program's 15th anniversary.
