Jan. 12 and 13, 9 a.m.-noon 1901 Bragaw Street, Room 199

Imagine walking into a workshop with just your laptop and leaving with an amazing, professional website you've designed yourself. With this workshop, you can build a great website that successfully markets your brand with little to no technical website experience.

On the first day of this workshop, you'll learn all about website design: picking colors, graphics, fonts, navigation, content and more. Learn how to set up your own e-commerce, online store to make online sales. You'll also learn some key tips for making a website that markets your business effectively. On day two, you'll roll up your sleeves and begin designing your website. You'll get hands-on experience with the design tool and creative process. By the time you leave class, your business will have a fully functioning website, ready to "go live"... with all the knowledge you need to maintain it too!

What to bring: Please bring a laptop computer. If you do not have one, please notify us when you register. We have a limited number of laptops we can provide. Also bring any business logos and graphics you would like to have on your website page. This class has limited seating, so prepayment and registration is required.

Prepayment and preregistration is required through online credit card system or by submitting cash or check at Alaska SBDC. There is no webinar option for this class. Register here.
