The '80s Fun Run 5K - April 18, 2015

Saturday, April 18, 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Social Sciences Building parking lot
Break out your boom box and spandex for the '80s Fun Run 5K. This totally tubular event features dance music, medals and a mini Rubik's cube keychain for all finishers.
Get your dance moves grooving with the Moon Walk, The Love Shack, The Safety Dance, Van Halen "Jump," The Worm, The Cabbage Patch, The Electric Slide, The MC Hammer, The Robot and The Sprinkler (just to name a few).
This is a non-timed event and you will be crossing streets. You will need to use the crosswalks and when available cross on the signal. Dress for both the trail conditions (bike paths) and dancing to '80s music.
Music and dancing starts at 11 a.m. and the run kicks off at noon.
There will be a drawing at the end for a $100 Simon and Seafort's gift card.
