April 10 and 24, 2015 Taught by Kitty Farnham

In today's world, change is constant and accelerating. The environment is described as VUCA: Volatile, Unpredictable, Complex and Ambiguous. Success requires leadership at all levels-being "change-able" to learn from and adapt to what emerges. Identifying and addressing complex challenges requires broad engagement from every part of an organization. Leading is not just for the corner office. Creating a culture that embraces the opportunities presented by change calls for leadership and ownership at every level, every day, in big, small, significant and sustainable ways. This session presents proven models for change leadership at the organizational, cultural and personal level. Learn how the design of the work environment contributes to culture, commitment and results. Through personal leadership at any level, learn how you can build an organization that embraces and flourishes in the uncertainty of change.
