April 6-10 (part of Sustainability Week) Monday and Wednesday: 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Professional Studies Building, Room 103C
Don't shop when you can swap. The Office of Sustainability is hosting our first Free-Store Swap during Sustainability Week, April 6-10. Participants can donate items they no longer need and pick up items they can personally use or give as gifts to others. It's a great way to reuse, reduce, rethink and recycle.
Donation drop-off begins March 25-start spring-cleaning now! Donations will be accepted Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-1 p.m., in Room 103C of the Professional Studies Building. Suggested items to donate include clothing, electronics, toys, movies, books, games and more. No perishable items allowed. All non-used items will be recycled or donated to local charities.
Bonus: If you donate at least three items, you will be entered to win a $30 gift certificate to the UAA Campus Bookstore. Winner will be announced April 13.
