Wellness Rebate: Additional on-site biometric screening scheduled for April 15, 2017

UA Benefits has scheduled an additional on-site screening event at UAA to help you get your screening and earn your wellness rebate. The new screening is scheduled for:

Wednesday, April 15, 8 a.m.-1 p.m. University Center, Room 145

To sign up for a screening appointment, please click here and register as a new user. This is a different process than that used for on-site screenings last year, so everyone will be a new user. Please enter your name as shown on your Premera ID card, as the same eligibility information is used for the wellness program. Sign-up for the screening will close at 8 a.m. April 14.
