Please encourage any graduating students you know to visit the commencement website before April 24. There they'll learn how to apply for graduation, claim up to five guest tickets for their family and friends, and find information on what to expect the day of the ceremony.
Cap, gown and tassel are required to participate. A hood also is required for master's and doctoral degree candidates participating in the previous day's hooding ceremony. This regalia is available for purchase from the UAA Campus Bookstore. Regalia must be purchased by April 17 to assure arrival prior to the ceremonies.
