FY16 personal holidays now posted to leave bank of hourly employees

The FY16 Personal Holidays have posted to the leave banks of the eligible NR employees. With FY16, the university went back to one day of Personal Holiday for NR employees. FY15 was the only time NR employees had two days of Personal Holiday.
As of FY16, XR employees are no longer eligible for a Personal Holiday.
