ISER welcomes Fulbright Scholar Olga Faizulina

Please welcome Olga Faizulina, a Ph.D. student from Sakha, Russia, who will be studying at ISER for the 2015-16 academic year on a Fulbright scholarship. She will be studying how air transportation policy influences economic development and economic sustainability of small rural communities in Alaska.
