The UAA Department of Music presents the second concert in its annual Jazz Week Benefit Concert series. This concert will feature UAA faculty, percussionist and vibraphonist John Damberg and pianist Karen Strid-Chadwick, with guest bassist Bob Andrews and UAA percussionist Clint Dallas.

The evening is a preview of the Afro-Cuban music theme that the band will play for the Pratt Museum's "Puttin' on the Ritz" fundraiser at Wasabi's Sushi Restaurant in Homer Nov 7. If you can't make the gig in Homer, come preview the set. Other styles performed will include Brazilian, ballads and more. Come listen to a night of great music.

Advance tickets are $2 for UAA students, $5 for seniors, non-UAA students and military, and $10 general admission. All tickets are $5 more if purchased the day of the event. Tickets are sold only at the UAA Box Office, (907) 786-4849.

Proceeds will benefit UAA Jazz Week 2016, March 9-12.
