UAA forensic anthropology class featured in Indie Alaska video

Check out this just-released Indie Alaska video on Dr. Ryan Harrod's forensic anthropology class. Find out what they dug up behind the UAA campus!

Here is a bit of bio on Harrod's academic interests:

Working primarily with ancient and historic human remains, I am most interested in questions having to do with identity, health and disease, conflict and violence, social inequality, ethics, and repatriation. My recent projects have focused on the regional and temporal analysis of signatures of health, nutrition, and conflict among Native American populations throughout the western region of the United States.

And here is a Hometown U story on Harrod and his work, discussing whether climate change will lead to violence or cooperation among humans.
