The Administrative Services Division is hosting a holiday celebration for employees next Friday, Dec. 18, 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. Most offices within the division will operate on a different schedule during that time. List of affected offices:
Admin Services VCAS Operations - Closed 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Accounting Services - Closed 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.: cashiering, disbursements, agency, collections Accounts Payable/Travel - Open Athletics - Closed 10:45- a.m.-2:30 p.m. Bookstore - Open Budget Office - Open Facilities and Campus Services - Closed 11 a.m.-5 p.m.: UPD can reach in an emergency General Support Services - Closed 11 a.m.-2 p.m.: No afternoon mail run Human Resource Services - Closed 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Information Technology Services - Closed 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.: Switchboard will remain open Office of Equity and Compliance - Closed 12-1 p.m. Parking Services - Closed 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Procurement Services - Closed 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. University Police Department - Open WolfCard Office - Closed 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
Offices not on this list will remain open.
