Jan. 20 and 21, 2016: UAA hosts screening of 'The Hunting Ground'

This documentary takes an unblinking look at sexual assaults on U.S. college campuses. The statistics are staggering. One in five women in college are sexually assaulted, yet only a fraction of these crimes are reported, and even fewer find justice. Runtime: 103 minutes. Admission is free. Watch the trailer here.

After the film, stay for a panel discussion and Q&A including representatives from UAA's Justice Center, Title IX, Dean of Students, University Police Department and School of Nursing, as well as from STAR Anchorage (Standing Together Against Rape).

This event is part of UAA's 2016 Healthy Sexuality Week.
