Please join us in congratulating John Zetterman, server engineering team lead for Information Technology Services, on being named the Administrative Services Employee of the Second Quarter of FY16.
John Zetterman has proved himself to be an excellent employee, even though he has worked for UAA less than a year. His innovative leadership in the IT Services team has been essential to making the networks of the university more reliable. Students, staff and faculty all enjoy the improvements he has made to Blackboard and the university email system. His character of honesty and integrity complements his can-do attitude.
