On behalf of UAA Military & Veteran Student Services, congratulations to our graduates. We would also like to take this time to recognize all of our current or former military service members for their service and sacrifice. UAA provides Military Service Honor Cords to students that have served or are currently serving in the military.
We will be hosting a reception for these graduates and family members on May 1 at 10 am, in room 107 of Edward Lee Gorsuch Commons. Beverages and hors d'oeuvres will be provided. Guests will also be entered to win a door prize donated by Great Harvest Bread Company. Please RSVP to ngrunwa1@uaa.alaska.edu with your name, student ID number and the amount of people in your party. If you cannot attend the reception you may pick up your cords from the Military & Veteran Student Resource Center. Please bring a copy of your DD214, military ID or Veterans ID with you. We are located in Room 102 of the Student Union.
