Tam Pikey, Information Technology Services desktop technician, is a very conscientious and detail-oriented employee with an excellent work ethic and a friendly, patient nature. Her superb customer service skills, cutting-edge knowledge of her field and overall pride she takes in her work have been invaluable to numerous departments across the UAA campus. She truly goes above and beyond to help clients and fellow UAA employees understand various aspects of technology and cyberspace.
