Distinguished members and UAA students from the Alaska Native community will talk about the prelude to the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act. Come learn more about the history of ANCSA and enjoy fry bread (provided by the Camai Room).

Speakers include:

  • Willie Iggiagruk Hensley, distinguished visiting faculty
  • Emil Notti, first president of Alaska Federation of Natives
  • Willy Templeton, director of Native Student Services
  • UAA student panel

This event is free and open to the public. Parking at UAA is free on Fridays.
