January 2017: Volunteers wanted for UAA ski races; perks include free lift ticket

The UAA Ski Team is looking for volunteers for our races this week, Wednesday, Jan. 25, through Saturday, Jan. 28, at Alyeska Ski Resort. The positions we are looking to fill are gate-keepers (so some level of ski ability is required) and writing times on scoreboard/helping with timing. Volunteer shifts start at 9 a.m. at the RTC below Chair 4 and go until about 3:30 p.m. With the free day pass you get, you'll have time to go ski between runs. We provide lunch as well.
