Eight out of ten companies are willing to negotiate salaries, yet only three out of every 10 job candidates ever try. Learn how to negotiate your salary in this three-hour seminar, with a particular focus on challenges that may face women and minorities as they enter the workforce. Students leave with the knowledge and skills they need to understand their value and negotiate their first salary.
