Thank you to the members of the Dean of Students search committee for their excellent work presenting three finalists for the campus community to consider. Committee members were: Paola Banchero, Whitney Brown, Cody Buechner, Kerry Davis, Dawn Dooley (chair) and Tim Flynn.

Thank you to the students who met with the candidates and provided feedback and to Zac Clark for facilitating the student forums.

Thank you also to those of you who attended the open forums, provided written feedback, assisted with travel arrangements and hosted meals.

We look forward to seeing how Sarah will translate her experience and continue her service to students here at UAA. She will begin on Aug. 28-please join us in warmly welcoming her to UAA and Alaska.
