UAA Central Parking Garage will be closed Sept. 15–26, 2017

UAA Central Parking Garage will be closed Sept. 15-26Starting Friday, Sept. 15 and continuing through Tuesday, Sept. 26, the Central Garage will be closed to all parking. This closure is to facilitate repairs to drain lines within the garage. This past winter the drains frequently backed up, creating large areas of ice. This resulted in unsafe conditions for vehicles and pedestrians. These repairs will address this issue. The East Garage and Engineering Garage will continue to be available during this time, as will the surface lot in front of Central Garage.
