Congratulations, Fall Class of 2017!
Commencement Ceremony All graduates Sunday, Dec. 17, 1 - 3 p.m. Alaska Airlines Center
Graduate Degree Hooding Ceremony Master's and doctoral graduates only Saturday, Dec. 16, 3 - 4 p.m. Wendy Williamson Auditorium
Know the steps to participate:
1. Apply for graduation An application for graduation must be submitted prior to walking in the commencement ceremony. For application steps, visit Graduation & Degree Services. Remember these deadlines:
- Nov. 1, 2017 - Deadline to apply for fall graduation and be included in the printed commencement program
- Dec. 8, 2017 - Deadline to apply for fall graduation and walk in the fall commencement ceremony
2. RSVP for the ceremony An RSVP is required for all participating graduates. The RSVP form opens approximately two months prior to the ceremony and students who have applied for summer or fall graduation will receive an email alert at that time. Guest tickets are NOT required for the fall commencement ceremony.
3. Purchase regalia Cap, gown and tassel are required to participate in commencement. A hood is also required for masters and doctoral degree candidates participating in the hooding and commencement ceremonies. This regalia will be available at the Campus Bookstore during and after Grad Fair on Friday, Oct. 20.
