Last week was a very busy week for the university, including five committee hearings and the "UA Impact" alumni fly-in in Juneau and President Johnsen's State of the University address in Anchorage.

For updates on the university's FY19 budget and other Capitol happenings, read the full report at alaska.edu/state/report.

The Capitol Report, written by Miles Baker, UA Associate Vice President for Government Relations, is designed to keep the University of Alaska community informed about the current legislative session, particularly its impact on the university budget.
