Stars of the Alaskan Sky Friday, March 9, 6:30 p.m. Tickets

Have you ever looked up at the night sky and wondered what you were seeing? What is that bright object on the horizon? And where is the Big Dipper? In a special all-live presentation, we'll take you on a tour of the night sky and show you what you can see during our long winter nights. You'll learn about what constellations are visible, how to look for the moon, and what planets you can see. And best of all, it will be a balmy 68 degrees inside the planetarium!

AudioDome! SunDog's Holy Funkadelic Light Speed Parade Friday, March 9, 8 p.m. Tickets

This edition of AudioDome will feature up-and-coming local act SunDog. They will be performing live inside the planetarium alongside custom visuals for an original audiovisual experience.

SunDog is a heavy funkadelic power trio from Chugiak, Alaska. Their sound ranges from '60s jam-band, to metal-like '70s progressive rock had a lovechild with stoner metal and an actual mushroom. They are the moldy trinity! You'll hear mostly originals, as well as songs by Primus, The Beatles, The Talking Heads and Black Sabbath.
