FREE Pizza & Summer 2018 Orientation Leader Information Session Two sessions: Friday, March 9, 2-2:30 p.m. in the University Hub (WFSC 142) Monday, March 19, 5:15-5:45 p.m. in the University Hub (WFSC 142)
Come for FREE pizza and learn more about becoming a summer 2018 Orientation Leader! An RSVP is required by emailing uaa_orientation@alaska.edu.
Join the New Student Orientation office in a fun, challenging, exciting and team-building summer as we train on all things UAA, recruit incoming students to attend orientation, and host Howl Days Orientations for our new students. Consider: What was your experience like when you first came to UAA? Do you want to be a part of improving upon or providing that same experience to new students? Are you, or would you like to be, a student leader on campus?
If you answered yes to these questions, then we want you at our information session. We will review the application process, what the position entails and expectations for the summer. Hear from previous Orientation Leaders who will share their experience with being part of Howl Days and get an edge on what to include in your application for the position!
