Learn about managing PageUp pool postings at HR roundtable - April 11, 2018

Does your office hire student and temporary employees? Would you like to learn more about how to manage your pool posting in PageUp and talk through the hiring process with your fellow Cost Center Clerks? We have heard your concerns through the Human Resources listening sessions and we invite you to join HR, in partnership with Staff Council and the Chancellor's Cabinet, for a round table discussion regarding the following:

  1. Learn how to manage your pool job postings in PageUp.
  2. Choose ONE of the following discussions:
    • A) Students (SN/ST) hires and steps needed to ensure the employee can be hired as a student; I9 completion
    • B) Temporary (NT/NX/XT/XX) hires with the focus on ensuring the correct PCN is being used; I9 completion

This is a way to help increase efficiencies in HR tasks, as well as an amazing opportunity to network with fellow Cost Center Clerks and learn from one another.

The HR Roundtable will be held Wednesday, April 11, UAA/APU Consortium Library, Room 307, 12:30-5 p.m. We will have guest speakers from the Chancellor's Cabinet. Enrollment limited to 40 participants.
