Update 4/5/18: All performances of New Dances 2018 are now sold out. Please join UAA Theatre and Dance for their next production, Rain and Zoe Save the World, April 20-29 at the UAA Mainstage.

New Dances 2018 April 4-8, 2018 Wednesday-Saturday, 8 p.m. / Sunday, 6 p.m. Fine Arts Building, Harper Studio Theatre

UAA Department of Theatre and Dance proudly presents New Dances 2018, showcasing seven dynamic choreographers and 30 energetic performers in an evening full of dances packed with choreographic innovation.

Diversity in both movement styles and ideas are the distinguishing features of this production. UAA Theatre and Dance professor Brian Jeffery and alumni Katie O'Loughlin are joined by the next generation of Alaska contemporary choreographers. Offering fresh ideas and stylish expression, choreographers Stephanie Brenner, Marissa Citro, Rhiannon Roseman and Marlee Hughes have all been outstanding contributors to numerous UAA Dance Program productions in recent years.

These performances typically sell out. Harper Studio Theatre seating is very limited; advanced reservations are strongly recommended.

Tickets: $15 general admission; $12 for UAA students. All tickets are general seating. Available at ArtsUAA.com or the UAA Fine Arts Box Office.
