March 7, 2018: PageUp Performance Management Tool Training

The University of Alaska (UA) has implemented a new performance management tool through PageUp, UA's recruitment system that replaced UAKJobs.

UA Statewide Chief Human Resources Officer Keli Hite McGee with the UAA Human Resources Office will be providing PageUp Performance Management Tool and Best Practices Training on the UAA campus Wednesday, March 7, in Gorsuch Commons, Room 107. Sign up for a session below.

• Session 1: 1-2:45 p.m.
• Session 2: 3-4:45 p.m.

The training is for all University of Alaska employees, not just supervisors. The performance management tool provides a collaborative space for employees and supervisors to track success and progress of an employee.

• Explaining PageUp, UA's recruitment tool
• Performance management best practices
• New employee training learning library
