PageUp performance management tool training - April 17, 2018

The University of Alaska (UA) has implemented a new performance management tool through PageUp, UA's recruitment system.
UA Statewide Chief Human Resources Officer Keli Hite McGee with the UAA Human Resources Office will be providing PageUp Performance Management Tool and Best Practices Training on Tuesday, April 17, in UAA/APU Consortium Library, Room 302A. Sign up for a session below. Participant capacity is 25 people per session.
The training is for all University of Alaska employees, not just supervisors. The performance management tool provides a collaborative space for employees and supervisors to track success and progress of an employee.
The following will be covered in the training:
- Explaining PageUp, UA's recruitment tool
- Performance management best practices
- New employee training learning library
