April 19-20, 2018: Provide feedback on procurement of new UA-wide video conferencing system

The current video system supported by UA Statewide is close to end of life. Many new options for video and web conferencing are now available. In collaboration with the campuses, Statewide recently put out an RFI (Request for Information) to hear from the marketplace how UA's unique video conferencing requirements could be met. UAA IT Services and Statewide will be hosting a series of feedback sessions to update UAA faculty and staff on what was learned from the RFI as well as provide an open forum for feedback. These sessions are open to all UAA and community campus faculty and staff and will be available remotely via Skype for Business. The feedback provided from these listening sessions will be used in the creation of a formal RFP (Request for Proposal) for the procurement of a new UA-wide system.
