Dr. John Petraitis appointed as interim dean of the College of Arts and Sciences

Dear UAA Community:
I am pleased to announce Dr. John Petraitis has agreed to serve as Interim Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences. He will begin this new role effective July 1, 2018.
John Petraitis is a social psychologist who has been part of CAS for 26 years as a faculty member, Chair of Psychology for 9 years, Chair of the Graduate Academic Board, Faculty Senate President, Faculty Alliance Chair, and Associate Dean for Social Sciences for 6.5 years.
