Fill out UA Foundation's new form to request current fund balance information

The UA Foundation has traditionally provided Quarterly Fund Reports (QFRs) to University of Alaska departments, presenting a snapshot of available funds at the end of each quarter. We are only able to produce these after a lengthy reconciliation process between our systems and Banner. This means that the information is typically three months old when reports are sent. As we post new gifts and expense transactions to the funds in the interim, the reported balances become quickly out of date.

In an effort to deliver more timely and relevant financial information to our customers, the UA Foundation is making the transition to a cloud-based financial management system, which will take several months to complete. During this transition period, we will no longer be sending out the Quarterly Fund Reports.

For current fund balance information, please complete the Fund Balance Request Form and we will be happy to provide up-to-date information.
