Priority processing deadline for Student Payment Request Forms is Jan. 25, 2019

The Office of Financial Aid's priority processing submission deadline for UAA Student Payment Request Forms is Friday, Jan. 25, by 5 p.m. (but you can submit them earlier). Student Payment Request Forms received after this date will be processed in the order received, but are not guaranteed to be processed by the payment deadline of Feb. 4.

Detail codes are required to process UAA Student Payment Request Forms. If you need a detail code created, please email uaa_accountservices@uaa.alaska.edu and include the following information:

• Fund Number
• Org Number
• Account Number
• Description, approximately 30 characters. This information displays on the student account - make it relevant.

Generally speaking, the:

• account number should start with a '6'
• org number should start with '18 _ _ _'
• program code should also generally be '_ _ _ _ FA'
