Child Advocacy Studies Program at UAA? Learn more Feb. 26, 2019

by Michelle Saport  |

Child Advocacy Studies Programs prepare front-line professionals to deal with the often complex, emotional and overwhelming child abuse cases they encounter on a daily basis. Front-line professionals include those who will interact and help children who have suffered child maltreatment, not just social workers and law enforcement, but also medical providers, nurses, mental health providers, advocates, and prosecutors.

If you are interested in developing this program at UAA, please join us Tuesday, Feb. 26, 1-2 p.m., in UAA/APU Consortium Library, Room 307.

Please RSVP to Cory Bryant at cbryant7@alaska.edu.
