UAA ski teams to host local races Feb. 5 and 12, 2019

The Alaska Anchorage ski team will be hosting a pair of Tuesday Night Races Feb. 5 and 12.
The first race will take place at Kincaid Park on Feb. 5 and the second at Service High School on Feb. 12. The races are open to both youth and adults with check-in at 6 p.m. and the races beginning at 6:30 p.m. The youth races will be 1.5-kilometers and can be either classic or freestyle. Adult races will be 5-kilometers of freestyle technique. The Kincaid race will start in the stadium and the race at Service will start behind the high school.
