Nominations for Chancellor’s Awards due by April 12, 2019

The Chancellor's Awards for Excellence program is now accepting nominations for the 2019 awards. These awards recognize UAA employees for extraordinary work and dedication to our students and university community. Please take a moment to nominate a faculty or staff member who has made a positive impact on your experience at UAA.
There are many different award categories and the nomination process is easy. Visit the Chancellor's website to nominate an outstanding staff or faculty member today. Nominations are due by Friday, April 12, 2019. Winners will be announced by the end of the spring semester.
Individual award categories include:
- Excellence in Teaching
- Excellence in Academic Research/Creative Activity
- Promoting Student Achievement
- Staff Excellence
- Diversity
- Community Engagement and Service
The Chancellor's Stewardship Awards are given to an individual and/or team for making significant contributions to one of the following areas:
- Safety
- Operational Effectiveness
- Sustainability
