The Center for Human Development at the University of Alaska Anchorage in the College of Health is recruiting a Training Coordinator. This position will provide coordination and facilitate non-academic training instruction for the professional/licensed behavioral health service provider workforce and support career development opportunities for direct service professionals serving people with disabilities and their families. This position will also be a training team member and serve as the lead for both in-person and distance delivered program training activities focused on collaborating with Alaskan communities to train rural behavioral health care providers by blending best practices with traditional wisdom. Knowledge of Behavioral Health professional/clinical services background and understanding of/experience in rural Alaska beneficial.
