Career Exploration & Services is seeking an organized and driven customer service professional to manage Handshake, UA's online career management platform for students and alumni. Handshake is expanding systemwide, thanks to a grant from the Alaska Technical Vocational Education Program (TVEP). The primary focus of the position is to generate awareness and increase participation among Alaskan employers in Handshake as a means to connect with and hire talented UA students and alumni. This position provides high quality customer service and on-boarding support to employers seeking to post positions, connect with and hire UA students and alumni using Handshake. This statewide position is housed on the UAA campus in the office of Career Exploration & Services. This is a grant-funded position for FY20.
