Mailroom notification reminder for departmental moves

Notice of a departmental move, including previous location, new location, and a list of staff/faculty with the new locations, should be provided to the the Mailroom via email at least one week in advance, so that sorting and routes can be adjusted as needed. With advance notice, your Mailroom team can guarantee the uninterrupted service you deserve! Remember that moving to a new building might change which mail route your department is on. A list of mail routes is on the GSS/Seawolf Postal Express website.
